Our primary inventory comes from Offplan.One investors whose completed properties are listed exclusively on Rentals.one. That exclusivity lets us verify every home, publish accurate pricing, and coordinate viewings, contracts, and move-in without conflicting listings elsewhere.
Properties in this programme receive full platform management: professional photography, availability updates, enquiry handling, and ongoing support for tenants and owners alike.
Exclusive external partners
We also work with a limited number of external partners - established landlords, developers, or agencies - who pass our due diligence review. We look for well-maintained stock, honest marketing, and a willingness to honour our terms on deposits, maintenance, and communication.
Partner onboarding is deliberate. We review ownership, pricing, compliance, and operational readiness before any listing goes live. This protects renters and preserves the reputation of the platform.
What we are not
Rentals.one is not a self-service listing site. You cannot upload a property, set your own rules, and go live without review. If you are looking for volume exposure without standards, this is not the right channel.
