Agios Dimitrianos is a small hill village in the Paphos district, inland toward Panagia, at around 500 to 600 metres above sea level. It sits among vineyards above the Ezousa valley, not on the coast. Paphos town is about 23 km away, typically a 20- to 30-minute drive. The seafront is the same journey. Housing is village houses and a small number of villas, not apartment blocks. A car is required for shops, work and the coast. It suits people who want rural, elevated living: retirees, remote workers who can drive, and anyone relocating who prefers a village over Kato Paphos. Amenities and the harbour are not walkable.
