Koili is a hillside village about 10 km north of Paphos, at around 500 to 600 metres, near Tsada. It looks over the coastal plain rather than sitting on the sea. Paphos centre is typically 15 to 20 minutes by car; the beach is further, usually around 20 to 25 minutes. Homes are village houses and villas, many with gardens and some with private pools. There is no urban apartment strip. It suits families, retirees and remote workers who want elevation, space and a village road, and who will drive for work, shops and the coast. A car is required.
