Tremithousa is an elevated village about 7 km north of Paphos, at around 270 to 300 metres, near Mesogi and Mesa Chorio. It overlooks the coastal plain rather than sitting on the beach. Paphos centre is typically 10 to 15 minutes by car; the seafront is a few minutes further toward Kato Paphos or Chlorakas. Homes are mainly houses and villas with gardens; some have private pools. It is suburban-village rather than urban. It suits families and retirees who want to be above town but close enough for daily errands, and remote workers who prefer a quieter street than the harbour. A car is the practical way to reach the coast and Ktima.
