Tsada is a hill village about 8 km north of Paphos centre, at around 600 metres. Summers are cooler than on the coast. The village sits near the Paphos-Polis road. Paphos town is typically 15 to 20 minutes by car; the seafront is further, usually 20 to 25 minutes. Housing is largely detached villas and village houses on larger plots, many with gardens and private pools. Apartment blocks are uncommon. It suits families, retirees and remote workers who want space and a village setting and who are happy to drive for the beach, harbour and most jobs. A car is effectively required.
