What we collect

When you make an enquiry, the details you provide - such as your name, email address, and phone number - are submitted through Typeform, which processes the enquiry form on our behalf. We also keep a basic record of enquiry-button clicks (which button, on which page, and when) to understand how the site is used. This click record does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, assign you a rental manager, and communicate with you about properties. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third party services

We use Supabase for data storage, Google Maps for property location display, Typeform for enquiry forms, and Google Fonts together with public code delivery networks (jsDelivr and unpkg) to load fonts and site scripts. When this content loads, your browser may share your IP address with the relevant provider. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

Rentals.one uses your browser's local storage to remember functional preferences on your device - such as the homes you save and your display settings - and to keep the local enquiry-click record described above. Third party services such as Google Maps and Google Fonts may set their own cookies when their content loads. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your enquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfil your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@rentals.one.

By using Rentals.one you agree to the following terms.

Platform purpose

Rentals.one is a property listing and enquiry platform. We connect prospective tenants with verified rental properties in Cyprus. We are not a real estate agency and do not act as a legal party in any tenancy agreement.

Listings

All properties listed on Rentals.one are verified by our team. However, we cannot guarantee that all information remains accurate at all times. If you notice an error in a listing, please contact us immediately.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or reservation. A tenancy is only confirmed once a rental agreement has been signed by both parties.

Deposits

Deposits are agreed directly between the tenant and landlord. Rentals.one facilitates this process but is not liable for any deposit disputes beyond our mediation efforts.

Limitation of liability

Rentals.one is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, inaccurate listings, or disputes between tenants and landlords.
