About the platform
What is Rentals.one?
Rentals.one is a rental platform built for Cyprus. Every listing is checked before it goes live. No fake or unfair prices, no shady agents, no surprises when you move in.
Who lists properties on Rentals.one?
Most listings come from Offplan.One investors with exclusive availability on our platform. We also accept selected external partners after due diligence. We are not a self-listing portal - see List your property if you are an owner.
Are photos and prices accurate?
We aim to show real photos and current pricing for every listing. If something on a property page looks out of date, report it via enquiry or contact and we will correct it quickly.

How do I search for a home?
Why don't I see all cities?
We're starting with Limassol and Paphos while we make sure every listing meets our standards. Larnaca, Nicosia, and Ayia Napa are coming next - we'd rather do a few cities properly than rush and list anything.
Can I book directly online?
Enquiries go through our team so we can confirm availability and terms before you commit. Submit an enquiry on any property page and we will follow up, usually within a few hours on business days.
Why is a listing no longer available?
Homes are removed when they are reserved or let. If you enquired on a property that has gone, your rental manager can suggest similar verified options.
Payment and fees
Are there platform fees for tenants?
Rentals.one does not add hidden tenant service fees on top of advertised rent. Any agency or admin charges will be disclosed before you sign - ask your rental manager if you need a full breakdown.
How do I pay rent and deposit?
Payment methods are set out in your contract - typically bank transfer to agreed accounts, with dates for deposit, first month, and recurring rent. Your manager will send clear instructions; never pay to unverified third-party accounts.
What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit is handled transparently from day one. The amount, conditions, and return process are agreed in writing before you move in. We make sure you get it back when you leave, provided the property is in good condition.
What currency are prices in?
Listed prices are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise on the property page.
When something goes wrong
The property is not as described - what should I do?
Contact your rental manager immediately with photos and details. We take misrepresentation seriously and will work with the owner to resolve the issue or find an alternative where appropriate.
I have a maintenance emergency
Use the emergency contact from your check-in pack. For non-urgent repairs, message your rental manager on WhatsApp, email, or phone. See the Tenant guide for more on maintenance.
What if I cannot reach my rental manager?
Our team is available via phone, email, and WhatsApp. If your manager is unavailable, another team member will step in immediately. You will never be left without support.
